Lonesome George Tortoise in Galapagus Island

Lonesome George is an old Pinta tortoise living in Galapagos Island and was currently on the top list of those animals threatened by extinction. His name was probably given because of his condition on the island, living on his own without anybody on his side. But, if Lonesome George died, we will probably missed this giant tortoise because he was the last of the five remaining recorded type living on the wild side of the island.

However, before anything will happen to George, his scientific name was "Geochelone Elephantopus Abingdoni", a remarkable thing you need if you'll be in a game show later. Let share our knowledge about him and maybe, there are other remaining of his kind on the other part of the world. Just waiting for another discovery soon.
