Judge Martin L.C. Feldman Comments in Obama's Moratorium

A comment from New Orleans government federal judge Martin L.C. Feldman brought out a new spark from the BP oil spill moratorium under the administration of Pres. Obama. According to him, this issue is not a fact-specific and companies around the Gulf of Mexico is not accountable for a safety matter. A court order has been released recently to accompanied this long-term problem faced by the government and the people affected by the devastating ocean oil.

Furthermore, according to judge Martin Feldman, this moratorium threatened the job of those folks in some part of the industry, from BP as well to those companies who operates along with them. The judge has a point to block the offshore drilling but somehow, it's another challenge to the administration to handle this new possible additional problem in workforce.
