Blaxploitation Era Star Vonetta McGee Passed Away

The star of 1970's Vonetta McGee passed away but her legacy in big-screens was remembered by folks who knows how good she is. Her career shines during the blaxploitation era from where racism is still a big issue for a black actress or personalities in the industry. She's been in Shaft in Africa, Blacula, and Hammer films along with few appearances in television series.

Vonetta McGee earned a lot of credits in television during the 1980's from her numerous leading roles although there are criticisms which keep on following her footsteps. She died at the age of 65 cause by a cardiac arrest at Berkeley. According to her medical history, she's been diagnosed before with lymphoma. Friends and close folks of th star are now sending their sympathy to the surviving members of her family.
