Jim Thorpe's son wants his late father remains back in Oklahoma. There might be a certain reason why Jack is asking to let the legacy of his father remembered in that said place in Pennsylvania, probably to gathered tourist to visit and know the greatest athlete contribution in the history of sports. He aimed to promote the small town named after the name of his predecessor to draw some more folks to discover him in a town from where they believed he grows up.
Jack Thorpe is now asking the federal government to returned what is left from Jim for the Native American museum. According to the history of his father, he was born on the tribe of Sac as well with Fox who are living in Oklahoma and they actually have their point to do it because the man who's now on the other side of life might also asked the same stuff for his remains after.
