Carte Goodwin might be a good prospect for the position of the late Sen. Robert Byrd to focus on unemployment benefits faced by the government today. According to report, Gov. Joe Manchin of West Virginia chosen him for the office of the oldest member of the senate. The new face is just a 36-years old and will be joining to the election needed for special issues starting on November of this year. He came from the side of Democrats, a former colleague of the governor who appointed him to join the squad.
However, Carte Goodwin will probably focus on the committee from where he sworn and will probably out from the legislation of climate change and other related matters. He also planned to run for the position soon and it is already a good start for him to see himself working along with the top leader of the nation.
