Typhoon Basyang now reached the northern part of the country but in just few provinces which covered the nearest portion in Benguet as well in Nueva Vizcaya. There are few international flight which has been re-routed to avoid further air accident due to poor weather condition. Heavy floods threaten the low-lying part of Metro Manila as well with the nearby area.
