Since July of 2006, Fidel Castro was never been out to public due to his medically ill condition. He's been reportedly diagnosed with internal problem in regards with his intestine but now, a new photo of him taken allegedly by his own son showed-out in his government control website. His appearances gathered few speculation from different group of writers, both from the liberal bloggers and other political minority leaders.
It is also available in Rosa C. Baez blog and it was the first photo to surface from where he is now. That photo was taken from Havana as stated by AFP in their own report. His Cuban leadership has been passed to his own brother Raul and his appearances will denote the government that they are now ready to freed their political prisoners.
