Shiloh Pepin is a little girl born in Maine with a very rare condition. She's a girl born with a Mermaid Syndrome, a type of congenital disorder were legs are fused together to form like a mermaid. Pepin passed away at the age of 10 but before doctors predicted that she will only live for days. But she's lucky enough to reached the age of 10.
