U.S. Geological Survey recently reported a 7.2-magnitude earthquake that hit the southern part of Vanuato in South Pacific which has been felt at approximately 4:00 A.M. in the early morning. Vanuato was situated at Solomon Island and Pacific Tsunami Warning Center based on Hawaii automatically issued a warning to the said region along with New Celedonia coastline. But according to update, this tsunami warning has been cancelled few hours after the announcement.
Furthermore, there is no reported casualties on the affected area but this news triggered a tsunami alert. The epicenter was recorded in 300-miles from the northwest of Port Vila and from the deep of about 22-miles. Try to check some more after this break.
