The statue of George Washington has been a phenomenal issue once-in-a-while. Way back in 1832, the United States congress commissioned Horatio Greenough to make a sculture of Pres. George Washington which is based on the statue of the classical Greek god Zeus. And 10 years after, the controversial statue arrived in Capitol Rotunda.
According to others, the half-nude statue of George Washington is an offensive symbol and it was then relocated and removed which is now on the 2nd floor of National Museum of American History at Washington D.C.
